Ticket Exchanges and Ticket Donations

In order to protect our patrons, orchestra, staff and artists, the Dallas Symphony is cancelling all concerts and events through May 24, 2020. When possible, we will reschedule concerts and communicate the new dates as soon as we are able.  In the meantime, we hope you will consider exchanging or donating your tickets for these performances and have several convenient options available for you:

Donate your ticket. Your tax-deductible donation and generous support will help the Dallas Symphony continue to fulfill its mission and is especially appreciated during this challenging time.

NOTE: You should be able to take a tax deduction for the amount you paid to the Dallas Symphony for the tickets you are donating. The federal CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act) now allows all taxpayers to take a charitable deduction of up to $300, even if you do not itemize. If you do itemize your deductions, the new law allows for cash contributions to qualified organizations—including the Dallas Symphony—to be deducted (up to 100% of your adjusted gross income) for the 2020 calendar year.  Please consult your tax professional.

Exchange your tickets.  We would love for you to join us at a performance later in the spring.  Note, all ticket exchanges for any cancelled or postponed performances will be free of charge.

Receive credit on your account. Unsure what concert you would like to exchange into? Guest Services can place your funds on account for future use.

For other ticketing options, please contact Dallas Symphony Guest Services via email at customerservice@dalsym.com or over the phone (214.TIX.4DSO).

NOTE:  Please be aware that we are responding to a high volume of emails and calls and your inquiry may take longer than normal to answer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
